Agreement between RPCEA & CRPUSD

Our union is only as strong as our members holding to our contract.  We all need to protect our contract and take action if it's being violated.  As a union member, know your contract. The Executive Board, Bargaining Team, Site Reps, and YOU collectively keep our contract strong.

What is Collective Bargaining?

Teacher contracts in California districts are negotiated between the school board (represented at the bargaining table by local district leaders) and the teachers (represented by local union leaders). The negotiation process, called collective bargaining, has been in place since the passage of the Rodda Act in 1975 (Ed100).
