Here at Rohnert Park Cotati Educators Association, we are driven by a single goal: to do our part in making the world a better place for our students, educators, and community. ​Founded in 1963, Rohnert Park Cotati Educators Association includes teachers, librarians, nurses, speech & language therapists, and counselors. Rohnert Park Cotati Educators Association represents over 320 educators working for CRPUSD.

RPCEA is Affiliated with the California Teachers Association (CTA) and the ​National Education Association (NEA).

 

RPCEA empowers, celebrates, and advocates for educators. As a collective, cohesive unit, we work together to ensure the health and safety of all staff and students. We will continue to organize for fair wages and working conditions, and negotiate for  the common good.

We have students at the center of everything we do.
